STARTERS
- Chips & Three Dips
- Fresh housemade salsa, chilled jalapeno cheddar dip
& our brown beans baked with Alberta Crude Oatmeal Stout
served
with 3/4 pound of white corn tortilla chips.
- Hommus & Naan
- Chick peas tastefully blended with roasted garlic. Topped with a green olive tapenade and served with wedges of naan.
- Bruschetta
- Warm flatbread wedges brushed with olive oil served with housemade tomato bruschetta and parmesan cheese.
- Pistachio Goat Cheese
- Generous portion of goat cheese rolled in pistachios and warmed in our oven. Served on a bed of spring mix with our house-made WRaspberry vinaigrette and buttery crostini.
- Phyllo Wrapped
Baked Brie - Full wheel of brie wrapped in phyllo pastry and drizzled with honey and pepper. Baked to a golden crisp and served with raspberries and buttery crostini.
SOUPS
- Beef & Barley Soup
- Alberta beef, barley and Alberta Crude Oatmeal Stout artfully blended together with lots of veggies in a savory broth. Served with our housemade herb bread.
- Potato, Cheddar, IPA Soup
- Beer in soup is delicious! Especially this one.

- Wild Rose Greens
- Fresh from the garden, a collection of fresh, young salad leaves with choice of dressing/topping: Creamy Blue Cheese with red grapes and toasted walnuts or Housemade WRaspberry Vinaigrette with cucumbers, tomatoes and sprouts.
- Spinach Salad
- Full bowl of fresh spinach leaves tossed in our house made balsamic vinaigrette. Topped off with seasonal fruit and sliced almonds.

- Rich tomato sauce with a multitude of beans and other veggie delights. Served with our fresh jalapeño cheddar corn bread.
- The Best ‘Wurst
- Our free-range pfefferwurst pork sausage is handmade by Old Country Sausage Shop. Served with baked beans, sauerkraut, apple-braised cabbage & fresh bread.
- Salmon Gravlax
- Our salmon gravlax, cured with Velvet Fog and fresh dill, is made in-house. Served on a bagel with red onion, cream cheese & capers and potato salad on the side.
- Brewer's Lunch
- This plate is a hearty selection of cold items, including a varying rotation of cheese, meat, two large pickles, potato salad, garden vegetables, pickled onions, housemade bread & an entire bulb of roasted garlic.

- Juicy Alberta pork drenched with apple Stout BBQ sauce atop three fresh slider buns. Served with a dollop of curried coleslaw.
- Roasted Chicken Club
- Chicken breast, cheddar cheese, maple pepper bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion & red pepper mayo sauce served on a ciabatta bun.
- Chicken Bacon Mushroom Mozza Melt
- Chicken breast, bacon/mushroom mixture, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, red onion & red pepper mayo sauce served on a ciabatta bun.
- Brown Ale Pie
- Simple Simon Pies makes this rich pastry pie with Wild Rose Brown Ale, beef, veggies & gravy.
- Chicken Apple Sausage on a Bun
- Old Country Sausage’s festival apple chicken sausage, apple chutney, braised red cabbage, grainy mustard and sautéed onions served on a fresh bun.
